Patent No. 6,630,507 …wer sich dafuer interessiert. Das ist ein Patent das die US Regierung in Haenden haelt. Es besagt ganz klar und eindeutig das CBD eine heilende Wirkung besitzt.
Im uebrigen, man wirds kaum glauben, beliefert die US Regierung ein paar Leute mit vorgefertigten Joints. Und das seit 1990.

Ich habe mal recherchiert. Das Patent bezieht sich auf die Verwendung von CBD als Antioxidant und Neuroprotektor:
„The patent is specifically to use cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants. So, it’s basically staking a claim on using cannabis as a specific type of medication.“
Das Patent läuft am 21.04.2019 ab:
„patent no. 6630507 expires on April 21, 2019“
